Accountant & Administration Coordinator

OdooTec is hiring a multitalented and multitasking individual who has Accounting and Administrative experience, along with leadership skills. The candidate will manage financial accounting in multiple companies, help directors and act on their behalf in many aspects of the company's operation. From accounting, financial reporting, payroll processing, recruitment, document management, contracts, expenses, invoicing, collection and follow up, to managing all kinds of employee affairs. The candidate will help in editing, updating and translating company's documents and webpages. The candidate must have a track record in coordinating with senior and junior staff in multiple remote locations. The candidate must have demonstrated ability to organize and priorities tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve, and meet deadlines. In Their accounting capacity, they will conduct end to end financial accounting - generating invoices, generating financial reports, and other financial accounting operations.

Office Location: Cairo, 5th settlement.

About the candidate:

  • Must have some Accounting Software experience
  • Must have working experience in a similar setting/operation
  • Has excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that builds and develops teamwork and establishes successful working relationships with stakeholders
  • Prior experience with Google Docs, Sheets, etc
  • Knowledge of Odoo is an advantage
