ERP Program Manager - Cairo

We are expanding and looking for a program manager with a leadership spirit and an excellent management experience in a software house. You will collaborate with project managers to create original project schedules and adapt the project baselines with the anticipated risks. Managing the relationships between project managers and senior management is one of your roles. You must adhere to the schedules, budgets, work plans, and requirements. You have to send high management weekly reports on the status of the ongoing projects. You will evaluate the quality of the product/project to satisfy the client requirements, present project/product status to senior management and external clients, and oversee and assess project managers and other personnel. You must have the ability to define processes and operational policies to be followed by project managers and other personnel, the ability to build trusting relationships with the clients of the projects, the capacity to plan the project schedules properly to meet the client demand, the ability to Recognize and manage program risks, the ability to lead the projects in clients negotiations and negotiate win-win solutions, and the strong written and verbal communication skills. You must have a proven management experience in a software house, a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent preferred. Program Management Certificate (PMP) is an excellent advantage. You must be familiar with the project management software tools, Google Apps. You must have a good experience with ERP solutions. Good knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus.

    • Provide project progress reports to clients and OdooTec management.

    • Deliver implementation projects according to scope of work document, within budget and planned timeframe.

    • Deep understanding of various business aspects.

    • Excellent experience in project management.

    • Highly skilled in managing time and recording activities and timesheets.

    • People skills.

    • Excellent presentation skills.

    • Able to write complete requirement documents.

    • Experience with various ERP systems is a plus.
