Operations Coordinator - Cairo

OdooTec is hiring a multitalented individual who has customer service, organizational, leadership and computer skills, along with business sense. The candidate will shadow executive director(s), help them and act on their behalf in many aspects of the company's operation. From lead distribution and follow up, to receiving and managing all kinds of client calls. The candidate will help in editing, updating and translating company's documents and webpages, and conduct basic bookkeeping. The candidate must have a track record in coordinating with senior and junior staff in multiple remote locations.

About the candidate:

  • Multitalented and multitasking.
  • Must have some Enterprise Software experience.
  • Must have understanding of software, cloud and SAAS concepts
  • Must have working experience in a similar setting/operation.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Technical knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Odoo is an advantage.
