We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Odoo Telesales Executive to generate qualified leads, engage potential clients, and promote Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, introducing suitable Odoo modules, scheduling product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a good understanding of business software solutions.


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Odoo ERP solutions.

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

  • Understand client business requirements and identify suitable Odoo modules and services.

  • Schedule meetings for the Sales team.

  • Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.

  • Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about Odoo features and benefits.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

  • Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting booking, and telesales KPIs.

  • Follow up with the Sales Team to obtain updates on assigned leads, track progress, and ensure timely communication and conversion opportunities.

 

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or ERP/SaaS sales.
  • Previous experience with Odoo ERP or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales objectives.
