This is not a traditional support role; it is a high-growth mentorship opportunity for a sharp, multi-talented individual who wants to learn the ins and outs of business, technology, and strategy from a seasoned expert. You will serve as an extension of the Partner’s mind and reach.
Core Mandate:
"Acting as the Partner's right hand in business, research, and daily logistics. No task is too complex or too small."
What You Will Do:
1. The "Second Brain" (Strategic & Technical Support):
AI-Powered Productivity: Utilize advanced AI tools (LLMs) to draft documents, conduct deep research, brainstorm ideas, and summarize complex topics. You must be an expert prompter.
Business Documentation: Create high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports in both English and Arabic.
Shadowing: Attend high-level meetings, capture technical and business nuances, and follow up on action items.
Knowledge Absorption: Rapidly research and understand new topics (e.g., Odoo features, geopolitical trends, new tech frameworks) to brief the Partner effectively.
2. The "Right Hand" (Operational & Personal Logistics):
Operational Agility: Handle external errands personally, including dealing with government agencies, banks, and service providers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Personal Support: Manage the Partner’s calendar and logistics with absolute discretion, handling personal and professional errands to free up the Partner’s mental bandwidth.
Problem Solving: Navigate bureaucracy and logistical hurdles quickly. You don't take "no" for an answer; you find a way.

- Executive Presence: You will represent the Partner in various settings. Impeccable grooming, professional business attire, and sophisticated social etiquette are non-negotiable. You must have the social intelligence to interact with high-profile stakeholders.
- Bilingual Excellence: Native-level proficiency in Arabic and flawless English is a must. You can switch between languages effortlessly in writing and speaking.
