Implementation Manager

OdooTec is hiring an Implementation Manager with in-depth knowledge and excellent track records in implementing and supporting Odoo. As a Department Manager, you must have extensive experience managing projects and coordinating between technical and functional consultants to deliver high-quality services to clients of OdooTec. Playing this role, you will work closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. This position is critical to OdooTec's success, providing unparalleled quality services to existing clients and demonstrating the true value of OdooTec to prospective clients.

Office Location: Cairo, 5th settlement.


    * Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    * Create a thorough project plan so you can monitor development.

    * Manage modifications to the project's scope, budget, and timeline by using the proper verification methodologies.

    * Handle the client's and all stakeholders' relationships.

    * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

    * Prove your ability to effectively present, consult, and offer our clients Odoo functional consulting services.

    * Delegate tasks and set deadlines.

    * Monitor team performance and produce reports based on pertinent indicators.

    * Support and motivate team members.

    * Responsible for the day-to-day updates, project implementations, and live support, from drafting requirement documents to configuring Odoo and end-user training.

    * Provides solutions that make project delivery feasible within the allocated budget and timeline and in accordance with the working document's scope.

    * Sends reports on project status to OdooTec management and clients.

    * Offer our present and potential clients genuinely excellent Odoo professional services.

Must Have



Deep hands-on experience on Odoo

Fluent in both English and Arabic

Strict commitment to company policies, procedures, and systems


      * On client production servers, the candidates must have built multiple Odoo projects on POS, websites, accounting, supply chain, HR, and other live apps.

      * Excellent customer relationship management abilities are required.

      * Have a thorough understanding of many different facets of business.

      * Excellent experience in project management and leading a team member from functional consultants.

      * Extremely adept at keeping track of activities and timesheets and managing time.

      * Has outstanding communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to lead different teams and set standards.

      * Able to create and design the necessary documentation as well as solution illustration diagrams.

      * Must have financial accounting experience.

      *  a proven experience with various ERP systems.

      * PMP certification is a plus.
