OdooTec is hiring an experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong background in managing and delivering Odoo ERP implementation projects.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing the complete implementation lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and business analysis to solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
You will lead implementation teams, manage client relationships, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
This role requires a combination of Odoo ERP knowledge, project management expertise, business process understanding, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Office Location: Cairo, 5th Settlement (On-site)
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects across different industries.
Lead and coordinate implementation teams.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery strategies.
Lead client meetings, requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design discussions.
Ensure effective translation of business requirements into Odoo solutions.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve implementation challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
Manage project scope, change requests, budgets, and client expectations.
Oversee configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Prepare and present project status reports to clients and OdooTec management.
Ensure proper project documentation, including BRDs, project plans, functional specifications, and implementation reports.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Ensure projects follow OdooTec's internal processes, implementation methodologies, and quality standards.

About the candidates:
5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and project management.
Proven experience managing multiple Odoo ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
Strong understanding of Odoo modules, business workflows, and ERP architecture.
Experience leading cross-functional implementation teams.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
Excellent understanding of business processes across Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR, POS, and other Odoo applications.
Strong experience in client management, stakeholder communication, and expectation management.
Excellent documentation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
