About the Program
OdooTec offers a structured 3-month internship for Computer Science or Software Engineering students and recent graduates. This technical track focuses on mastering the Odoo framework, Python development, and integrating AI-driven solutions. We provide a strong foundation for a successful career in the Odoo ecosystem, offering the chance to work with industry experts on meaningful, real-world projects.
Outstanding Opportunity: Top-performing interns who demonstrate exceptional performance and merit during the program may be offered a full-time job package.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Certification: Complete intensive training tracks in Odoo core modules (Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, etc.) and specialized skills like Prompt Engineering and Make.com.
Shadowing: Pair with senior developers to support technical implementations, attend meetings, and participate in debugging sessions.
Technical Tasks: Write and debug custom Odoo modules and handle real support tickets under supervision.
Development & Integration: Help integrate external systems via APIs and develop AI-based tools such as document processing or semantic search.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts to implement technical solutions that address real business challenges.
Graduation Project: Design and deliver a capstone technical project with a functional demo presentation.
Requirements
Educational Background: Recent graduate or high-achieving student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python is a prerequisite. Hands-on experience with modern software tools is a plus.
Must-Have: A passion for coding and technology, fluency in English and Arabic, and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
Mindset: A proactive learner ready to tackle challenges and solve complex technical problems independently.

Technical Skills (30%): Quality of code, documentation clarity, and successful testing.

Problem-Solving (15%): Ability to independently resolve technical issues.
Initiative (15%): Contributions to brainstorming and proactive improvements.
