Sales Engineer – ERP Solutions (for Industrial Planning Engineers)

At OdooTec, we’re looking for a Sales Engineer to help Saudi manufacturers adopt ERP solutions tailored to their operations. What You’ll Do:
- Lead ERP sales engagements with manufacturers across Saudi Arabia
- Visit factories, understand their operations, identify improvement opportunities
- Present tailored ERP solutions using Odoo—covering planning, production, inventory, and more
- Collaborate with presales consultants to deliver live demos and technical proof points
- Own the sales cycle: qualify leads, prepare proposals, handle negotiations, close deals
- Track pipeline and report forecasts through CRM tools
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with operations and supply chain leaders
What We’re Looking For:
- Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years working in factory planning, operations, or supply chain roles
- Mindset: You’re curious, proactive, and eager to transition into a commercial role
- Tech Savvy: Exposure to ERP or manufacturing systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Communication: Strong Arabic and English skills; confident presenting to engineers and executives alike
- Drive: Organized, self-motivated, and ready to travel across Saudi Arabia
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling or implementing ERP or digital manufacturing tools
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 trends
- Hands-on experience with Odoo or similar platforms
- Basic project management skills
